Custom designed 3D printed parts to turn your Denix Mauser pistols into Han’s signature DL44 blaster!
Our kits are available as raw, unsanded 3D printed parts that you can sand, paint, etc. to your desired finish. We also have the flash hider cone and the grill available as post-processed parts that go through a rotary tumbling finishing process that gives them a much smoother finish (cutting down the sanding time by 80%) and very nice rounded edges. (We don’t rotary tumble the flash hider base as it removes the ribbing/knurled effect – but that part requires minimal finishing).
The two part flash hider makes getting an evenly sanded finish across the entire cone much easier – something we haven’t seen in any other prop kit!
Includes 1/4″ orange tip to keep your build “street legal” and to comply with the cosplay rules of your favorite con.

We have tested these parts on our Denix Mauser, and have had a good fit it. However, we can’t guarantee they will fit with every model out there. Please do a test fit on your gun before applying glue or paint – once the parts have been altered, we can not take them back as returns! These parts come without instructions and are for those comfortable making their own models. Please see our other listings for fully assembled & painted blasters if that’s more your speed!
